There are THREE WAYS to purchase a ticket:
(1) Available at the Parish (5300 West 155th Street, Oak Forest, IL 60452 P: 708-687-1370) at these parish locations: Pastoral Center - every day of the week; SHOP Office (enter the Main School entrance) - open weekdays and Mon-Wed evenings; SHOP table in the Church lobby on Saturday evening and Sunday morning.
(2) Print out and mail in ticket order form with check or money order of $100 per ticket desired.
Checks or money orders should be made out to: St. Damian Church. Federal Law prohibits the mailing of raffle tickets in the US Postal system. Your ticket will be scanned or photographed and emailed to you. You are invited to pick up your ticket at any time at the St. Damian Pastoral Center.
(3) Email your interest in purchasing from a Parish Seller. Federal Law prohibits the mailing of raffle tickets in the US Postal system. It may be possible to have your tickets delivered by a parish seller who may travel or work near your home or work location. This is available for residents in the Chicagoland area. Use the form to the right to email us your interest in purchasing a ticket by a seller. Full payment for tickets is required upon delivery.
